Mecaparts International offers two ranges of agricultural machinery discs manufactured by Forges de Niaux, France( www.forgesdeniaux.com). The premium quality special Boron steel disc, NIAUX200, is manufactured with our worldwide patented process. The disc is heat treated to the hardness 56-58 HRC on the edge zone while keeping flexibility toward the center of the disc. NiauX200 is best disc for all applications. Another range of discs, also manufactured in our manufacturing facility in France, BORON ACCESS , provides price-quality-efficiency solution. The disc is manufactured from Boron steel and heat treated to reach the consistent hardness 48-50 HRC all over disc.
